Firestone Complete Auto Care

I trust this shop with my life. Literally they saved me from having a huge issue with my truck on the road. I took it for a weird clicking sound and they noticed a small leak from somewhere. Pressure tested it and found a huge coolant leak but caught it before it could’ve been disastrous. They find the problem and try to solve it in the most financially feasible way. Most importantly I had just had it inspected a week prior at a different place close to home and what a mistake. That shop didn’t notice the leak apparently. This place actually has trained smart people working here who care. And they explain what they’re doing and why to where it makes sense.

Inspection here takes a while. And when I say a while, I mean a 2 hours+. For someone who took an appointment for this, you'd think that they had bandwidth to work on the inspection of my vehicle. Either they are slow and take double the time it should to complete an inspection OR they are working on multiple things at the same time they are inspecting your vehicle. In which case they should've not taken the appointment or at least tell me that its going to take 2 hours. I checked online it shouldn't take more than an hour for an inspection. I'm writing this as im still sitting here and it has been over 2 hours and still just sitting. No idea when this will be over. No updates. Btw my car is fairly new.. its 2021 model. It's not an ancient car that they would have to take their time with it. I see my car sitting in here with the hood open and just no one working on it for past hour.

Cannot say enough good things about this place!! Would give 10/10 stars if possible. My wife & I were in a pinch w/ our 31 foot class C RV & they were willing to think outside of the box & help us out when we needed it most. They worked outside of the bay as our rig was too, used a heavier duty 3 ton jack to lift the vehicle & changed a set of dually tires/ value stem leak quickly. Thanks, again!

Christine provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us understand everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and even helped us save some money. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely caring. Thank you, Christine, for all your help! We truly appreciate it.

Tires were promised on Friday, no one called to let us know they did not get delivered. I had to follow up. There did not arrive until Monday, which made us scramble to cover weekend activities. Also, when they were installed, the machine/tech damaged one of the wheels. We discovered this after we took car home. Again noone said anything. Store is sending wheel back to be fixed, but again communication was lacking.
